Our bodies evolved to be hunters and gatherers. Hunting and gathering takes a lot of physical energy. So if we live our lives as hunter gatherers, we will be strong and lean. When someone mentions a weight loss system I can't help but think - Ok here we go, the same old routine as any other diet out there. First we have to eat something we don't like, (after all trying to choke down something we really don't like then not eating all of it is a great way to loose weight..) or reducing the daily intake of food by 50-80% from what you normally eat is another great way to loose weight. In both common diet practices, most people are not going to have the dedication or the will power to actually do this for very long. Once you give up on or quit your diet all your efforts of loosing weight are just wasted. Normally a person just gains the weight back with a few extra pounds in the process. Wouldn't it be great to know if something works for sure, before you buy it? Like, if you had weight issues, have your diets been scams that lied about great results? Obviously, if you knew, you'd stay away from them. Were all looking for great weight loss tips for quick results. However, quick results don't necessarily stay with us all the time.
